Generally speaking, the aluminum plate is only a general term, and refers to an aluminum plate material made of aluminum or aluminum alloy material. The classification of aluminum sheets is determined by the different processing methods used in the production of aluminum. The aluminum plate is made by heating, rolling, straightening, solid solution aging heat and the like.

First, embossed aluminum plate:

The embossed aluminum plate is an aluminum plate which is subjected to calendering or the like on the basis of the aluminum plate, so that the surface of the aluminum plate is formed into various patterns. Embossed aluminum panels are mainly used in packaging, integrated ceilings, building curtain walls and so on.

Second, brushed aluminum plate:

The main process of drawing aluminum sheet has three parts, namely deesterification, sand mill and water washing. In the process of wire drawing, the aluminum plate material should be treated with sandpaper for repeated rubbing. After the treatment, the surface of the aluminum plate will clearly show a slight trace of the wire, thereby achieving the metal wire drawing effect, and then passing through the anode. The treatment will form a film layer containing a special metal component on the surface of the aluminum plate, which can protect against corrosion and the like.

Third, anodized aluminum plate:

The formation of the anodized aluminum plate is subjected to an electrolytic oxidation process. First, the aluminum plate is placed in the electrolyte as an anode, and then an electric current is applied to the electrolytic oxidation process under certain conditions, and then a thin layer of aluminum oxide is formed on the surface of the aluminum plate. This seems to be very simple, but in fact, the general oxidation production process used by domestic aluminum companies is more complicated, and the defective rate is higher.

Fourth, mirror aluminum plate:

The mirror aluminum plate needs to be processed by various methods such as rolling and grinding, in order to make the surface of the aluminum plate have a mirror effect. In the developed countries, the production of mirror aluminum sheets is generally carried out by rolling.

The aluminum plate can be formed into various aluminum plates through different processing methods, and the excellent quality of the processing method determines the quality effect of the aluminum plate and the level of the grade.
